Jay Wolf
For over a decade as the founding partner of JWC LLC, Jay has worked as a Performance and Executive Coach. Working in the area of People Strategy, he has been called an innovator, disrupter and expert by challenging the status quo of organizational, team and individual performance. Specializing in the areas of corporate culture, selection, performance management , leadership development and coaching, Jay has helped companies of all sizes across many industries, achieve their vision of success. He has also worked as a Power Coach in the Center for Enhanced Performance at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Jay is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and has written numerous articles, produced several videos and has spoken at various companies such as UBS, ITOCHU, FFO, Nima Capital, Villa Restaurant Group and Water Environment Federation on topics around human performance. This includes the innovative approach of executives needing to have an athletic mindset in order to be successful in today's business environment.
Jay has also worked with many athletes, both professional and amateur, on the mental side of their game. He introduced them to the ground breaking concept of Auto-Telic Competition and the need for P.E.E. (Preparation, Execution and Evaluation) in order to achieve their goals.
Jay is a highly sought after executive and performance coach for senior level and high potential leaders. He also created the Power Coaching Model®, which holds registration status with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Jim Demyen
Jim is a strategic visionary in Global HR & Payroll Advisory, Technology Solutions, and HRO. Throughout his career Jim has been a primary advisor on technology and innovation, responsible for the design and implementation of all technology initiatives. His ability to partner with cross functional teams to ensure each engagement is strategically aligned with business objectives and operated in accordance with agreed upon standards for system design, acceptance criteria, maintenance, efficiency gains, and profitability is second to none. He successfully managed the design and delivery of a flagship global payroll platform, including strategic planning and requirements analysis, technology architecture and roadmap, budgetary creation, resource definition and allocation, and all project governance and communication (stakeholder/board of directors).
Additionally, he's implemented several successful point solutions for key clients, including a web-based reporting and analytics solution for Google and a global paid-time off management portal for eBay, the latter of which won the 2013 Outstanding Technology Development award from Payroll World Magazine.
During his tenure, he was responsible for the successful delivery and deployment of the industry’s first SaaS-based global payroll processing solution. The product has been successfully implemented in over thirty countries and across thousands of employees.
Jim has traveled domestically and abroad to conduct global Human Capital Management system implementation and training for a wide array of Fortune 500 clients. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from Rutgers College. He also holds a Technical Degree from the Chubb Institute and hopes to soon complete his Masters of Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Christiane St-Amour Rivard
Christiane is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist, partnering with executives and organizations to achieve excellence both within and outside of the workforce. Her diverse expertise includes: executive placement (head-hunting), career transition, executive coaching, leadership development consulting, running corporate coaching initiatives, succession planning, and competency model development. Christiane has had the privilege of working with two global consulting firms ranked within the top five of their respective industries.
Experienced webinar designer and facilitator, Christiane was involved in the creation of an international webinar series aimed at executives and professionals in career transition, training for all web host facilitators and the placement of web-based services within both national and global markets. Certified as a teleclass leader, Christiane is well versed in virtual delivery platforms as Microsoft LiveMeeting and Blackboard, to name a few.
As a certified coach, Christiane has enjoyed working with such clients as the NHL (National Hockey League), assisting professional athletes prepare for life after the game. She has led major corporate coaching initiatives, created leadership development content for virtual- and classroom-based interventions, and teaches core coaching competencies for the Career Coach Institute for both coaches new to the industry and seasoned coaches wishing to expand their knowledge in the specialty of executive coaching.
Certified in Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate, Christiane uses this knowledge, as well as 360 assessments based on Goleman's EI, MSI and OCS models, in her coaching and leadership consulting. Christiane is certified to deliver clinical interviews as a Behavioral Event Interviewer and has created content certified for 30 hours of ACSTH credit for the International Coach Federation.
Contributing and publishing numerous articles, Christiane is often asked to speak at conferences and participate in panel discussions.
With a strong belief in giving back to the community, Christiane has been active within professional associations and non-profit organizations throughout her career. As a past President of an ACP International local chapter in Montreal, Quebec, Christiane was involved at both the local chapter level and on the world council as a task force leader. Christiane enjoys memberships within the International Coach Federation, The Canadian Club, The St-James and University Clubs, as well as a past board member of six years with A World of Dreams Foundation and Nourri-Source Quebec. With an education in Business Administration and Psychology, Christiane speaks both English and French fluently and is a graduate of Centennial University.

Sherri Smith
Sherri is a certified Cultural Transformation Tools consultant, certified Success Principles Trainer, and holds certificates from Cornell University in High-Performance leadership, Change Leadership and Managing for Execution. Sherri also has a bachelor's degree in aviation management, a master's degree in human resource development and management, and a master's certification in elementary education.
Currently, Smith serves as a board member for the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Tucson as Committee Director for Workforce Readiness (SHRM-GT WFR), Deputy Director of Workforce Readiness for AZ SHRM, Captain of Diversity and Inclusion for SHRM national, and serves on the Tucson Metro Chamber's Talent Task Force. She is a two-time number one best-selling author and an award winning for Editor's Pick for her contribution in anthology. Sherri is the 2019 recipient of Arizona's Society for Human Resource Management (AZSHRM) Ann Byrnes Professional Excellence Award.
